Refund policy
If you do decide to return something please send written confirmation during the 14 days cooling-off period (in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations ) however after this cooling-off period we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note to the value of the goods up to 30 days from the date you received your goods providing they are returned in a fully re-saleable condition.
Once the 30 day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you're a customer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please complete our EU Withdrawal Form, providing your order number and contact details. Once submitted, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a reference number for your request. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened or unsealed cosmetics, skincare, and tanning products) may not be eligible for a refund once used, in line with standard EU consumer protection exemptions.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unusual event, your products arrive damaged or faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact hello@beautiedit.com where we will be delighted to help resolve any issues.
It will be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods & we reserve the right to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Checking purposes. Correspondence will be made with you directly.
-Returning Items
Items must be unused, in a perfect resalable condition and accompanied by a valid order reference.
Returns should be wrapped securely using the same packaging they were received in, or inappropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. The order reference must clearly be displayed in order to process a return. We will reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insecure or insufficient packaging.
All Returns requests will be actioned during opening hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm ex-public holidays.
Refunds can only be applied against the original payment method within 2 working days from the date the return is received. Refunds although processed by us may then take up to 5-7 working days to show
