Shipping & Delivery

Please note: Due to seasonal demand, orders may take slightly longer to arrive. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days and appreciate your patience.

Shipping rates:

  • Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland — DPD Couriers: €3.50 (FREE on orders over €55). Standard 2–3 day delivery (please allow 3–5 days in November and December).
  • United Kingdom — DPD Couriers: £4.95 (FREE on orders over £50). Untracked 3–5 day delivery.
  • International — Standard and express options available at checkout for eligible regions.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs, courier handovers to local carriers, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control once a package has been shipped. Any customs duties, import taxes, or back-end charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please send written confirmation to hello@beautiedit.com within this cooling-off period.

After 14 days, we're happy to offer an exchange or credit note up to 30 days from the date you received your order, provided items are returned in fully resaleable condition. Returns requested after 30 days may be refused at our discretion.

How to return an item:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect resaleable condition, and accompanied by a valid order reference.
  • Pack returns securely in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure goods arrive undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to insufficient packaging.
  • Clearly display the order reference on the return so we can process it.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@beautiedit.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. You'll need to provide photographs of the damaged or faulty items, and we reserve the right to collect them for quality checking. We'll correspond with you directly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Returns are processed during our opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays). Once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 working days, though it may take a further 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
